Had to sell a house in a "buyer's market" and, as luck would have it, we got multiple offers from buyers who failed to qualify for their loans or failed to sell their current home, etc., so, we were in and out of escrow a handful of times. Vincent stuck with us through the whole ordeal and was able to offer valuable insight from his extensive experience. He helped us navigate through the twists and sell the home quicker and at a better price than we could have if we attempted to sell it on our own.
