We were moving down from Santa Barbara, so we really relied on Vincent for everything. If a house popped up on a Tuesday afternoon and we thought it looked interesting, he would be sending us videos of the home an hour later. He saved us a ton of time by being our first set of eyes. And when we did come down to check out homes, he was always able to get us into homes that fit right in with what we were looking for. He was very observant and really worked to figure out what we wanted. If we mentioned we didn't like something about a house, we didn't have to worry about saying it twice. He also has great knowledge about the area, so he was able to fill us in on the schools and the traffic issues and whatever else we needed to know. He also seemed to truly be on our side, which we appreciated. We saw one home that was near some large power lines, and though they weren't making any noise, he pointed out that they can get pretty noisy, and he gently said that the home wouldn't top his list. As new homeowners, that was huge for us. The advice and the recommendations were invaluable. The home we purchased had renters in it, which added to the difficulty of pretty much everything from writing up contracts to having inspectors wander through the home - especially since we weren't there to check on things. But Vincent was great. He was always willing to go to the home to make sure things were moving along as planned, and he kept fighting for us even after we closed (we ran into some issues with some fixes on the sellers side..blerg).
